A strategic decision maker with a loyal following of developers, investors, and industry professionals, Reuveni most recently served as the managing director of TOWN New Development, where he worked on a vast portfolio of notable new development projects including Madison Equities’ 212 Fifth Avenue in NoMad, Artimus’s Circa on the Upper West Side, DNA's 280 St. Marks in Prospect Heights, Continental Ventures’ 52 Wooster, along with a strong pipeline of other new projects.

Prior to TOWN, from 2007-2014, Reuveni spent seven years as a senior managing director and executive vice president with Brown Harris Stevens SELECT. As company leader he managed sales for record-setting projects such as the Laureate, One Morningside Park, 15 Union Square West, Apple Bank Condos, Reade57, Merritt House, and 666 West End Avenue, among others.

Reuveni previously held the title of senior vice president for Corcoran Group from 1996-2007, handling sales and rentals, as well as management of successful new development projects such as Crossing23, 92 Greene, Element, and The Olcott.

Reuveni also served as an international relocation and leasing specialist with Quality Living Real Estate from 1989-1995, and an on-site leasing manager and broker with J.I. Sopher Real Estate from 1986-1988.

For more than a decade, powerhouse real estate broker Ginger Shukrun has earned the respect and admiration of clients and peers alike with her fierce competitive edge and devotion to quality customer service. As Sales Manager for Reuveni Real Estate, Ginger is leveraging her vast expertise to cultivate the next generation of premier brokers. Her responsibilities include overseeing the entire Resales Department at Reuveni, including management, recruiting and coordination.

Of course, Ginger continues to wield her hallmark client-centric approach in service of buyers, sellers, investors and developers. She centers everything she does around her clients' needs and complete satisfaction, and her success has made her a frequent resource for the media, including The Real Deal, Vanity Fair, CBS, Variety, Curbed and the New York Post.

As that rare breed of real estate professional who is both a pleasure to deal with and highly attuned to market conditions, Ginger has worked with clients from around the globe and with properties at every price point. And, as a property owner and investor herself, she understands firsthand the motivations behind each transaction. Licensed in both New York and New Jersey, Ginger began her stellar real estate career selling homes in The Garden State before joining the Trump Sales and Leasing team in 2007. She subsequently worked at some of New York City's top brokerages before joining the Reuveni Real Estate team in 2017, drawn by the firm's boutique atmosphere, great values and belief in empowering every broker to be the best they can be.

Ginger is a New York area native, and she earned a BFA from The School of Visual Arts in Manhattan before going on to study real estate at New York University. With a desire to immerse herself in the incredibly diverse New York City market, Ginger has lived in many of the city's distinctive neighborhoods making her an ideal guide on your next real estate journey.

As Reuveni Real Estate’s director of new development, TJ Quinn brings years of experience and offers an unparalleled understanding of the marketplace. With a core competency of managing pre-development planning and market research for all Reuveni Real Estate’s new development projects, the multidisciplinary role also includes overseeing marketing, branding and sales operations for each project.

Quinn employs a hands-on approach to the development process from inception. His scope includes acquisitions consultation, unit mix and pricing strategies with developers and capital partners, managing the SD, DD and CD phases with the architecture and design teams to ensure optimization for each submarket, and the curated creation of unique and gripping brand identities for each project.

Quinn is responsible for managing the firm’s research and database systems; in this capacity, he tracks pricing, absorption and pipeline data across the New York City marketplace and oversees the production of all research materials for Reuveni Real Estate clients. Quinn also plays a key role in Reuveni Real Estate's strategic growth and business development.

Spanning over 10 years in the industry, Quinn has a diverse portfolio within the luxury real estate and marketing sectors. Most recently, he served as a senior pre-development analyst at Stribling Marketing Associates, where he held a hybrid role of project manager and research analyst for notable buildings such as 70 Schermerhorn Street, 211 Schermerhorn Street, 6 Cortlandt Alley, 272 West 86th Street, and 324 20th Street. Quinn also previously worked as an associate broker with Stribling and was a key member of the sales and marketing team for a number of highly regarded buildings including One Hanson Place, 20 Henry Street, and 432 West 52nd Street.

A Brooklyn resident, Quinn received his Bachelor of Arts degree in history from Hobart College.

As a former marketing director at a boutique mortgage lender in Queens, New York, Md brings years of experience in community building through his creativity and expertise in photography, graphic design and video production, as well as a strong digital analytics track record to deploy niche social media and email campaigns.

A native of Queens, New York, Md holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing from Baruch College.
