A strategic decision maker with a loyal following of developers, investors, and industry professionals, Reuveni most recently served as the managing director of TOWN New Development, where he worked on a vast portfolio of notable new development projects including Madison Equities’ 212 Fifth Avenue in NoMad, Artimus’s Circa on the Upper West Side, DNA's 280 St. Marks in Prospect Heights, Continental Ventures’ 52 Wooster, along with a strong pipeline of other new projects.

Prior to TOWN, from 2007-2014, Reuveni spent seven years as a senior managing director and executive vice president with Brown Harris Stevens SELECT. As company leader he managed sales for record-setting projects such as the Laureate, One Morningside Park, 15 Union Square West, Apple Bank Condos, Reade57, Merritt House, and 666 West End Avenue, among others.

Reuveni previously held the title of senior vice president for Corcoran Group from 1996-2007, handling sales and rentals, as well as management of successful new development projects such as Crossing23, 92 Greene, Element, and The Olcott.

Reuveni also served as an international relocation and leasing specialist with Quality Living Real Estate from 1989-1995, and an on-site leasing manager and broker with J.I. Sopher Real Estate from 1986-1988.

Cindy Gokay, licensed in both New York and New Jersey has over a decade of real-estate experience. She was introduced to real-estate by an industry pioneer and has been thriving ever since. She started off as an assistant, graduated to doing her own deals, and followed through with delivering a 200+ unit luxury condominium new development project to her firm where she was intimately involved from the rendering phase to building completion, helping to bring life to the architect’s vision. Possessing strong pricing and negotiation skills, Cindy’s persistent drive has led her to achieve countless connections and deals one after the other.

Cindy now oversees sales at Reuveni’s wide array of new construction projects where she is intimately involved with sales planning and management of on-site sales teams. She consistently collaborates with developers and cross-functional teams from marketing, architecture, interior design to construction, legal, and lenders.

A passion for Travel, Art, Photography, and Interior Design provides her clients with valuable insight while her high energy, friendly demeanor, and multicultural background enable her to identify with a diverse clientele. Cindy is a certified scuba diver, an amateur photographer, and a swimmer. A native of Turkey, she is fluent in Turkish.

Daniel Pupke
Manager of Development, Strategic Planning, and Market Intelligence
With years of firsthand experience and extensive market intelligence, Daniel’s consistent, detailed analysis of the real estate market strengthens the firm’s decision-making.

Daniel Pupke serves as Manager of Development, Strategic Planning, and Market Intelligence at
Reuveni, the development marketing partner of Coldwell Banker Warburg. In this role, he oversees REUVENI’s development advisory business, from project inception to close out. His responsibilities include pre-development feasibility analysis and positioning, strategic planning, market research, design ideation and management, placemaking, and regulatory compliance.

As a member of Reuveni ‘s management team, he advises on company operations, communications, and business development. He is also responsible for managing the firm’s proprietary research and database systems. Mr. Pupke brings to Reuveni a wealth of knowledge and over a decade of experience in both commercial and residential development. Prior to joining Reuveni, he worked for one of the most active and established multifamily developers in Manhattan, where he was responsible for monitoring leasing activity for over 6,500 apartments and overseeing all portfolio-related market research. Additionally, he served as leasing and marketing project manager for two new construction multifamily towers in Pacific Park, Brooklyn, and four residential high-rise redevelopment projects in Lincoln Square, Manhattan. In this capacity, he was responsible for underwriting, budgeting, interior design development, branding, and marketing strategy.

Mr. Pupke began his career at age 15 as an intern for renowned residential broker Michele Kleier. He subsequently gained experience interning for development titans Vornado Realty Trust and RXR Realty. He has had a hand in the redevelopment of some of the most iconic assets in New York including Google’s Pier 57, 90 Park Avenue, One Columbus Place, and Brooklyn Crossing at Pacific Park. He has contributed to the successful delivery of over 3000 new or redeveloped housing units throughout New York City and the Tri-State area and has been involved with over $500M in condominium and cooperative transactions.

Mr. Pupke received a degree in Finance and Business Management from Providence College. He is a member of several real estate groups including the Urban Land Institute and REBNY.

Jessica is an integrated marketing strategist originally from Taiwan, Taipei. She is passionate about event planning, graphic design, and how storytelling and targeted messaging create business-changing content.

As a Marketing Assistant, she is responsible for implementing inbound marketing strategies that help her clients increase brand awareness, generate leads, and acquire new customers. Jessica also assists in the analysis of the Reuveni team's weekly market reports, vetting data to ensure accuracy.

When she isn't working, you will find Jessica exploring foods in the city, hiking in the mountains, and snowboarding.

A disciplined, diligent and determined analyst hailing from Houston, Texas -- Michael brings to the table meticulous analytical skills and indefatigable research abilities fueled by his genuine passion for real estate.
Michael assists Daniel in market research to provide the necessary analytics to fuel Reuveni's business development and guarantee excellence across all of Reuveni's services.
Prior to joining the Reuveni team, Michael worked as a development analyst for Wolfson Group, a family office with an extensive real estate, private equity, and public markets portfolio.
Michael graduated Summa Cum Laude from George Washington University with a degree in Finance.
In his free time Michael enjoys tennis, travel, and meeting new people.
