Reuveni is seeking a Director of Sales & Leasing.

This position will provide an exciting opportunity to work on notable real estate development projects alongside REUVENI’s clients, which include some of New York City’s top property owners, developers, financial institutions, and investment firms. The Managing Director will work closely with the CEO to manage day-to-day operations including oversight of the firm’s corporate management team and sales and leasing projects. Responsibilities:

  • Lead on-site sales and leasing teams to provide a best-in-class, client-focused experience throughout the new development process.
  • Responsible for operational success of new development sales and leasing portfolio / inventory.
  • Oversee sales/leasing personnel including project directors, managers, associates, and coordinators.
  • Maintain chief oversight over the status of sales/leasing transactions throughout the company portfolio, reporting respective status’ to Managing Director on a daily basis.
  • Maintain consistent daily communication with all external parties involved with each transaction – client and/or their representatives, legal teams, outside brokers, construction and design teams, etc.
  • Liaise with property management and construction teams regarding the appearance of each project, making recommendations and executing plans when needed.
  • Work with Managing Director, Director of Branding & Marketing, and other corporate team members to develop and implement complex sales/leasing strategies, inventory controls, incentives, media plans, etc. consistent with the goals of each project.
  • Understand each project/developer’s business plan, structure, short/long term goals, and their implications on sales/leasing operations.
  • Source, implement, and manage third party sales tools including CRM systems, Inventory Management System, building model display, etc.
  • Work with IT consultants to ensure each sales/leasing office is properly equipped and remains operational at all times.
  • Ensure that on-site sales/leasing operations meet company standards and client expectations.
  • Work with Director of Branding and Marketing to ensure that corporate and project level campaigns and communications meet company standards and client expectations.
  • Provide creative input for new project branding and campaign ideation as requested by Director of Branding & Marketing.
  • Maintain comprehensive understanding of comparable projects and partake in research exercises requested by clients and CEO/Managing Director.
  • Provide input for new project architectural/interior design and placemaking as requested by Director of Development/Planning.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managerial and sales excellence in the New York City residential real estate industry.

  • Bachelor’s degree in real estate, marketing, or business-related field.
  • New York State licensed Real Estate Salesperson.
  • Minimum of 6 years residential real estate experience in a brokerage or owner/developer capacity, including tenure in a sales/project managerial role.
  • Thorough understanding of the metro NY New Development landscape including strong familiarity with developers, lenders, builders, designers, etc.
  • Thorough understanding of property valuations and real estate economics.
  • Strong client service skills.
  • Potential to originate new business.
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, polished presentation/public speaking skills.
  • The ability and desire to interact with Reuveni management and clients.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and accountable.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced, demanding environment and be flexible when needed.
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to be a team player.

This position is a full time, in person role, reporting directly to the CEO. Compensation for this position is anticipated to consist of base salary + bonus. This structure will be commensurate with experience.
