Tara has a deep connection with the concept of place, which has guided her multifaceted career since the start and ultimately led her to pursue a career in real estate.
She has a great appreciation and awareness for how an environment influences the way people feel and behave; from the art on the wall to the layout of a room, your environment can inspire productivity or relaxation, excitement, or stillness. Ensuring a healthy environment where people feel their best and the space efficiently caters to the needs of the owner has always been at the heart of what she does.
Tara got her introduction to real estate doing research for forensic appraisers to determine property value diminution due to detrimental conditions after earning her B.A. from the University of California, Irvine, in environmental science. Her technical background has trained her to “read” data. This skill allows her to better serve both buyers and sellers by easily and accurately identifying the fair market value of a property.
Her top priority is that her clients feel good both physically in and about their purchases. Her intuition and background are the tools she uses to ensure she always serves her clients to the best of her ability.
In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, exploring on her motorcycle, and outdoor rock climbing.
