Joanie Schumacher joins the Reuveni Real Estate team with over 20 years of experience as a New Development Sales Specialist. She loves the process of learning every detail of a new condominium and then working closely with buyers and brokers to find the perfect home for each of them. Joanie spent the past 14 years in the position of a sales director with Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group, representing some of the most significant new developments in Manhattan. She got her start in real estate working directly for Macklowe Properties.

Joanie’s additional interests include theatre, cooking, and working out. She is a longstanding member of The Workshop Theater and has performed with them many times. She also costumed several of their productions. She loves cooking and trying new recipes as well as exploring the local farmers’ markets. Her workout regimen varies but includes running in the park, building up a sweat on the rowing machine, and finding her balance with pilates. She lives on the west side with her husband and cat, Gracie.
