Charismatic, deeply passionate about his work and universally respected and acknowledged as one of the most successful leaders in New York real estate, Shlomi Reuveni is recognized throughout the industry for his professionalism, integrity and unsurpassed commitment to excellence. His keen insight into cutting-edge market trends and changing conditions, negotiation skills and vision, as well as an extraordinary sense of commitment and boundless energy, provide a consistent level of hands-on service and utmost attention to detail – the very essence of what over three decades of experience can deliver.

Reuveni’s 30+ year successful track record and battle-proven experience extends and is manifested in all facets of the business: ground up and conversion development, design, construction and architectural planning, Attorney General process, contract negotiations, financial pro formas, residential brokerage, sales, leasing, international relocations, property management, marketing, branding, advertising, public relations, and more.

A strategic decision maker with a loyal following of developers, investors, and industry professionals, Reuveni most recently served as the managing director of TOWN New Development, where he worked on a vast portfolio of notable new development projects including Madison Equities’ 212 Fifth Avenue in NoMad, Artimus’s Circa on the Upper West Side, DNA’s 280 St. Marks in Prospect Heights, Continental Ventures’ 52 Wooster, along with a strong pipeline of other new projects.

Prior to TOWN, from 2007-2014, Reuveni spent seven years as a senior managing director and executive vice president with Brown Harris Stevens SELECT. As company leader he managed sales for record-setting projects such as the Laureate, One Morningside Park, 15 Union Square West, Apple Bank Condos, Reade57, Merritt House, and 666 West End Avenue, among others.

Reuveni previously held the title of senior vice president for Corcoran Group from 1996-2007, handling sales and rentals, as well as management of successful new development projects such as Crossing23, 92 Greene, Element, and The Olcott.

Reuveni also served as an international relocation and leasing specialist with Quality Living Real Estate from 1989-1995, and an on-site leasing manager and broker with J.I. Sopher Real Estate from 1986-1988.

Daniel Pupke

Director of Development

Daniel is responsible for the oversight of Reuveni's development advisory and consulting practice, from project inception to completion.

Daniel Pupke serves as Director of Development at Reuveni Development Marketing. In this role, he is responsible for the oversight of Reuveni’s development advisory and consulting practice, from project inception to completion. His responsibilities include pre-development feasibility analysis and positioning, strategic planning, market research, program optimization, design ideation and management, branding, placemaking, and regulatory compliance. Mr. Pupke is a key member of the company’s executive management team, and leads additional initiatives relating to the company’s growth, strategy, and corporate communications.

Mr. Pupke brings to Reuveni a wealth of knowledge and over a decade of experience in both residential and commercial real estate development. Prior to joining Reuveni in 2021, Mr. Pupke was a Portfolio Analyst for one of the most active and established multifamily developers in Manhattan, where he was responsible for monitoring leasing activity for over 6,500 apartments and oversaw all portfolio-related market research. In this capacity he was also responsible for underwriting the leasing program for two new construction multifamily towers in Pacific Park, Brooklyn, and the repositioning of four multifamily high-rise redevelopment projects in Lincoln Square, Manhattan.

Mr. Pupke began his career at age 15 as an intern for Michele Kleier. He subsequently gained experience as an intern for Vornado Realty Trust and RXR Realty. He has had a hand in the redevelopment of some of the most iconic assets in New York including Google’s Pier 57, 90 Park Avenue, One Columbus Place, Brooklyn Crossing, The Westly Condominium, and 220 Central Park South . He has contributed to the successful delivery of over 3000 new or redeveloped housing units throughout New York City and the Tri-State area and has been involved with over $750M in condominium and cooperative transactions.

Mr. Pupke received a degree in Finance and Business Management from Providence College. He is a member of several real estate groups including the Urban Land Institute and REBNY.

Richard Dubrow

Director of Marketing & Branding

Richard Dubrow is a seasoned real estate marketing leader with more than 20 years of experience creating and executing brand strategy for New York’s most prominent residential developments.

At Reuveni, Richard oversees the firm’s marketing and branding initiatives, developing strategic campaigns and integrated positioning for new development and conversion projects across the portfolio. He works cross-functionally with Reuveni’s research, planning & design, and sales teams to ensure every project is brought to market with a compelling brand narrative, coordinated execution, and a focus on long-term value creation.

As Director of Marketing at Macklowe Properties, Richard led the strategic development and execution of branding, marketing, public relations, and campaign positioning for a portfolio of high-profile projects. His work was distinguished by a deep integration of brand strategy across all phases of the development process, from pre-development planning through market launch and active sales. Richard is known for aligning internal teams and external partners, bridging the gap between design, development, and sales to ensure that each property’s identity was both compelling and consistent across all touchpoints. His leadership helped shape the branding behind landmark projects including 432 Park Avenue and One Wall Street.

Earlier in his career, Richard co-founded and led Studio AMD, a pioneering visualization studio recognized for its high-impact architectural storytelling. He collaborated with world-renowned architects—including KPF, Studio Libeskind, SOM, and Deborah Berke—and twice earned the prestigious ASAI Hugh Ferriss Award for excellence in architectural illustration.

Richard holds dual degrees in Fine Arts and Architecture from the Rhode Island School of Design, a foundation that informs his rare ability to bridge design vision with strategic brand execution.
