Reuveni is seeking a Research and Data Analyst.

This position will provide an exciting opportunity to work on notable real estate development projects alongside REUVENI’s clients, which include some of New York City’s top property owners, developers, financial institutions, and investment firms. The Research and Data Analyst will work closely with the Reuveni corporate and sales teams to obtain, analyze, and present relevant market data and curate recommendations for REUVENI’s clients at all stages of the project life cycle, from inception to sell out / lease up. The Research and Data Analyst will also participate in the production of REUVENI’s highly regarded market reports, which are distributed to the industry on a weekly and quarterly basis. This position is an outstanding opportunity to become an expert on the New York City real estate market during an exciting period of change and growth for the real estate industry and REUVENI alike.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform in depth research and vet data pertaining to new inventory and contracted/closed transactions, to be compiled in internal databases and presented in client facing reports.
• Prepare and present data for weekly and quarterly market reports.
• Conduct comparable analysis relating to existing and prospective projects/inventory.

• Maintain and manage pipeline inventory reports.
• Assist with due diligence & feasibility analysis for potential development sites.
• Assist with the pricing and underwriting of new properties; produce and interpret project pro-forma(s).
• Assist with developing recommendations on project unit mix and optimization.
• Perform various administrative tasks, i.e. data entry and visualization, to support the development/research team.
• Assist in creating, maintaining, and troubleshooting project inventory control files.
• Assist with organizing and updating company the research library, databases, and various project files.
• Assist with company business development, i.e. sourcing opportunities, creating presentations and proposals, and performing research on prospective properties and clients.
• Formulate and source new research methods, databases, and third-party resources to support company growth.
• Perform various ad hoc project and market research tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate has excellent analytical skills and is well versed in real estate terminology.

• Bachelor’s degree in business related field
• Minimum of 2 years professional experience. Entry level would be considered for individuals with an internship background in Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.

• Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to analyze large amounts of data, identify trends, and translate into logical conclusions.

• Ability to interpret complex financial models for a variety of residential projects (1-2 years of financial modeling experience preferred)

• Ability to create financial models- a plus.

• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, polished presentation/public speaking skills.
• The ability and desire to interact with Reuveni management and clients.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and accountable.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced, demanding environment and be flexible when needed.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to be a team player.
• Real Estate experience preferred.

This position is a full time, in person role, reporting to the Manager of Development, Strategic Planning, and Market Intelligence. All duties and responsibilities of this role are expected to be conducted on-site at the Company offices.
