The number of signed contracts for the week. This is a 28% decrease from the previous week (November 16-22, 2020). This is a 45% decrease from the week of March 9-15, 2020, the last normal week prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, and an 8% decrease from the same week last year.
The total volume of sales for the week (contracts signed, not closings). This is a 21% decrease from the week prior. This is a 14% decrease from the week of March 9-15 2020, and a 3% increase from the same week last year.
The number of Condo contracts signed.
The number of Co-op contracts signed.
The number of Townhome contracts signed.

The most expensive signed contract for the week. For the third consecutive week, the top spot has been claimed by a large unit asking above $20 million on the Upper East Side between 5th and Madison.
The number of new development contracts signed for the week, a 68% decrease from the week prior. However, for the third consecutive week, the Benson at 1045 Madison has put a unit asking $13,000,000 or more into contract.
The average percentage off the last asking price for this week’s signed contracts.
The number of new listings for the week. This is a significant decrease week-over-week but above Thanksgiving 2019’s 74 new listings.
