A strategic decision maker with a loyal following of developers, investors, and industry professionals, Reuveni most recently served as the managing director of TOWN New Development, where he worked on a vast portfolio of notable new development projects including Madison Equities’ 212 Fifth Avenue in NoMad, Artimus’s Circa on the Upper West Side, DNA's 280 St. Marks in Prospect Heights, Continental Ventures’ 52 Wooster, along with a strong pipeline of other new projects.

Prior to TOWN, from 2007-2014, Reuveni spent seven years as a senior managing director and executive vice president with Brown Harris Stevens SELECT. As company leader he managed sales for record-setting projects such as the Laureate, One Morningside Park, 15 Union Square West, Apple Bank Condos, Reade57, Merritt House, and 666 West End Avenue, among others.

Reuveni previously held the title of senior vice president for Corcoran Group from 1996-2007, handling sales and rentals, as well as management of successful new development projects such as Crossing23, 92 Greene, Element, and The Olcott.

Reuveni also served as an international relocation and leasing specialist with Quality Living Real Estate from 1989-1995, and an on-site leasing manager and broker with J.I. Sopher Real Estate from 1986-1988.

As Reuveni Real Estate’s director of new development, TJ Quinn brings years of experience and offers an unparalleled understanding of the marketplace. With a core competency of managing pre-development planning and market research for all Reuveni Real Estate’s new development projects, the multidisciplinary role also includes overseeing marketing, branding and sales operations for each project.

Quinn employs a hands-on approach to the development process from inception. His scope includes acquisitions consultation, unit mix and pricing strategies with developers and capital partners, managing the schematic design and design development processes with the architecture and design teams to ensure optimization for each submarket, and the curated creation of unique and gripping brand identities for each project.

Quinn is responsible for managing the firm’s research and database systems; in this capacity, he tracks pricing, absorption and pipeline data across the New York City marketplace and oversees the production of all research materials for Reuveni Real Estate clients. Quinn also plays a key role in Reuveni Real Estate's strategic growth and business development.

Spanning nearly 10 years in the industry, Quinn has a diverse portfolio within the luxury real estate and marketing sectors. Most recently, he served as a senior pre-development analyst at Stribling Marketing Associates, where he held a hybrid role of project manager and research analyst for notable buildings such as 211 Schermerhorn Street, 6 Cortlandt Alley, 272 West 86th Street, and 324 20th Street. Quinn also previously worked as an associate broker with Stribling and was a key member of the sales and marketing team for a number of highly regarded buildings including One Hanson Place, 20 Henry Street, and 432 West 52nd Street.

A Brooklyn resident, Quinn received his Bachelor of Arts degree in history from Hobart College.

A proven leader in the New York City real estate industry, Lauren Dub provides a wealth of experience as the operations manager of Reuveni Real Estate.

Working side-by-side with founder and industry leader Shlomi Reuveni, Dub oversees every facet of the firm’s development marketing, responsible for streamlining the overall operations and strategic growth across all projects and divisions of the firm.

A results-driven professional with an expansive portfolio spanning 12 years, Dub has worked in various capacities within the luxury real estate market. Most recently, she was the sales operations manager at TOWN New Development, where she directed and managed the on-site sales teams for multiple new development projects in Manhattan and Brooklyn. Dub previously worked as a real estate agent with top brokerages including Brown Harris Stevens and The Corcoran Group.

Dub received her Bachelor of Arts degree in marketing and communications from New York University.

As marketing manager at Reuveni Real Estate, Rota designs, develops and manages the process of building and executing forward-thinking marketing, branding, advertising strategies and campaigns across its portfolio of luxury new development projects.

Prior to Reuveni Real Estate, Rota was a Project Manager at Wordsearch, a global creative agency for real estate and architecture. There, she managed the detailed delivery of some of New York’s most prestigious luxury residential towers, including brand strategy and identity, digital and print collateral, websites, advertising campaigns, photography and film, sales gallery and displays, and signage for notable client portfolios, including Extell’s One Manhattan Square and Central Park Tower, as well as mixed-use and placemaking projects across the United States.

Her in-depth knowledge and expertise in establishing and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and managing the day-to-day operational aspects of project scopes has allowed her to deliver seamless, timely launches and collateral delivery.

Rota began her career in Public Relations at Town Residential prior to obtaining her license in real estate at Halstead Property, where she worked with an award-winning team in sales, marketing and business development. Her diverse experience has given her a complex understanding of the New York real estate market.

Ginger Shukrun, licensed in both New Jersey and New York, has excelled in the field of real estate for over a decade. Recognized early in her career as one of the youngest and fiercest competitors among her peers, she expanded her business from New Jersey to NYC where she has since worked for preeminent brokerage firms before joining Reuveni Real Estate. Ginger’s specializations include luxury sales on the Upper East Side, as well as condominium and co-op apartment sales citywide for clients seeking primary homes, pieds-a-terre and investment properties.

Ginger has worked with clients from all around the world, in diverse professions from finance and television to fashion. Adapting to individual client needs and negotiation methods, and recognizing that real estate is a “people” business, Ginger has built a notable career marked by a consistently high level of customer service and performance, both of which are evidenced by her repeat clients and referrals.

A tristate area native with two daughters, Ginger majored in fine arts at The School of Visual Arts in Manhattan, and also studied real estate at New York University. A current resident of Weehawken, NJ, Ginger has lived in neighborhoods throughout the city, which gives her a full understanding of its diverse markets and niches in which she operates.

A strategic thinker with background in both hospitality and investment sales, Mason McDavid is the analyst for Reuveni Real Estate. McDavid works hand-in-hand with the team’s director of new development, analyzing market data as well as building and maintaining the firm’s research infrastructure.

Prior to his current role, McDavid worked as an analyst at Venture Capital Properties (VCP), a boutique investment sales firm in New York City. As a member of its hospitality team, McDavid gained a deep understanding of the commercial real estate and hospitality industries through his involvement in several high-profile, off-market transactions in New York. Additional work experience includes positions with hotel REIT, FelCor Lodging Trust, and SpringOwl Asset Management.

McDavid holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration from Cornell University, where he minored in Real Estate, and is a licensed New York Sales Associate.
