  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Data entry
  • Calendar Management
  • Provide administrative support to Sales Director and Sales Associates
  • Interface with the brokerage community and direct buyers as the first line of communication for the project
  • Create excel based market research reports under the direction of the Director of New Development
  • Manage excel based daily and cumulative reporting systems, tracking correspondence, traffic and contract status
  • Maintain the aesthetics of the sales office
  • Manage supply inventory in the sales office
  • Manage the entry of online listings
  • Check various online listing websites daily to ensure accuracy
